The Keepers Of Twilight is a roleplaying guild, ideally attempting to uphold and maintain the roleplaying standards of The Silver Circle Alliance. While the Guild Chat may be relaxed at times, any Alliance interaction needs to conform to the rules laid out by the TSCA Charter.
As for our own policies, I like to think that we don't have enough rules to truly bind them together into a charter. Rather, the Keepers Of Twilight really just has one rule: Respect. Out of Character conversations should never be insulting or derogatory. Keep it clean, and keep it friendly. However, this also works the other way. If a character is being stupid, disrespectful, a smart-alec, or just generally a character you dislike, don't take what they say personally. Some characters will be evil; it's the nature of a guild like this. However, the Man behind the Curtain (or computer screen, in this case) is most likely a person just like you. Their character's comments are, at worst, aimed at your character, and never at you personally. So please, don't take it personally.
But of course, like all aspects of gaming, Rp'ing is predominantly about having fun, and we here at [Twil] are interested in hearing what you and your characters have to contribute to our community!
Now that all the formalities are out of the way, lets move on to the IC (in character) aspect of this page:
The Keepers of Twilight is a guild dedicated to maintaining balance in the universe, and keeping the peace between the natural and supernatural realms of existance. Our belief is that those of us with the power to change the world, should use that power to change the world, even if it is only one grain of sand at a time. It is also a safe haven for... gifted individuals, allowing their natural talents and abilities to grow to their fullest potential, whatever that may be.
Recruitment
Anybody can join the Keepers of Twilight. We bar our gates to no one, save those who have proven themselves too hazardous for the safety and serenity we keep within our walls.
