This is a list of skills belonging to Spawn Legacy's suggested proffession, the Swashbuckler. If a skill seems a little confusing, click on the link. I may have left explanation notes. Builds are on the talk page for this article. Please give feedback and add your own. Especially if you think anything could be overpowered.

Fencing Arts[edit]

Every 2 points raises attack speed by 3% and armor by 1.5 and makes skills relating to fencing more powerful if wielding a sword but not an offhand.

Notes[edit]

  • Sword Attacks are disabled if not wielding a sword
  • Fencing Arts skills are disabled if wielding a focus, shield or two-handed weapon.
  • Raising Fencing Arts with an axe or wand equipped does not raise attack speed or defense but still allows you to use certain touch and attack skills in the Fencing Arts line.
  • Most Fencing Arts attacks are x damage rather than the usual +x damage so as to nerf the obvious choice of S/W: Fencing Arts/Swordsmanship. In this way, Swordsmanship affects the natural damage of the sword and opens up cheaper skill options but does not affect the power of Fencing Arts attacks.
  • With no knowledge on how armour effects flat rate physical damage and no reliable means of finding that information, these skills are written ignoring armour. If it were implemented in game, they may have to be buffed to compete with 100 armor classes.

Conviction[edit]

Raises the effectiveness of skills that affect the morale of party members and overcoming adversity. This attribute links to a skill. Lawl!

Acrobatics[edit]

Raises the effectiveness of skills that relate to physical prowess.

Trickery[edit]

Raises the effectiveness of skills that confuse the enemy.

Foot Note[edit]

I'll continue to add skills but my focus is on creating icons at the moment. Thanks for everyone's help with coding. -- Spawn User Spawnlegacy sig.pngLegacy 16:34, 16 August 2008 (UTC)
