- Level 20, Canthan Assassin
- History: Roxie's father was a member of the imperial guards of Kaineng, but he was killed by gang members. Roxie took this opportunity to turn things around. She's become a vigilante, slaying anyone for doing any sort of crime, the kind of thing her father fought against. She delivers each of her victims bound to Raisu Palace, but she disappears without a trace before anyone can see her. No one knows it's Roxie who's doing this, as she puts on her Mo Zing mask and disguises herself, calling herself the Shadow Savior. She leaves notes pinned to her victims, the notes stating, "Keep the change, your Shadow Savior". She defines herself as being better than a bounty hunter, as she's only doing what's right, and she's doing it for free. All she wants is a better outcome for Kaineng and the world and for crime to disappear. She's taken the law into her own hands, and at this rate, if she lets even the smallest piece of information regarding her identity slip, she'll be punished as bad as her victims.
