User:Zerpha The Improver/missing icon images

Note:
Naming for the icons:

I upload "normal" Weapon skins with "Image:[WEAPON].png"
If there are two items with the same name that share a skin, i upload a file for both.
If there are two skins with the same name, i upload them with a specific suffix in brackets: "Image[WEAPON] (SKIN NAME).png"
Normally, i do not upload the an icon for greens, as they normally use a skin of common weapons, which can be used for their pages.
- However, some greens have unique Skins. I upload a special icon for them in that case: "Image:[UNIQUE WEAPON NAME].png"
- Some of those greens' skins are also used for PvP reward items. Then i use the name of that weapon's name instead: "Image:[PVP REWARD WEAPON NAME].png"
I did not care for PvP reward items so far. However, they should also be uploaded under their corresponding name.
I uploaded not all "Starter Weapons" until yet
I uploaded only some PvP weapons yet (in this case i do not mean the Reward weapons, only the regular ones everyone can choose with a pvp char)

If you upload an icon:

if you click on the red link, remove "&action=edit" afterward from it, so you get to the upload page (sry dunno how to make this better)
if before uploading an image, add 2 things to the description:
- {{arenanet image}} if you got yours from gw.dat (that's what i'd prefer)
- add it to the corresponding Category, e.g. Category:Spear icons.
