- This user's only contribution is removing vandalism (and if the edit before that one is from the same person, as it does look like a dynamic IP user, there's no harm done - might have been a test edit). (And besides, not editing within formatting guidelines isn't a blockable offence.) --

It was edited from a school - could have been anyone out of thousands.
This is the discussion page for an anonymous user who has not created an account yet, or who does not use it.
