Oh, there's nothing imbalanced about this at all. If you really wanna have fun though, bring Shameful Fear or something else just to fuck with people. "25 dps for moving, haha!" I also wonder what effect this will on creatures with a staggeringly low base movement speed, like turtles and juggernauts. I pity the fool that has to play flagger with this horse shit on though. Why? Churning Earth? If it really increases your base movement speed, then CE won't do jack. More likely they took the lazy route, increased your effective movement speed, and CE will be pretty strong for a few days. Still, it's pretty weak even if it's pretty strong. I guess you could run a bunch of it though. Like there was this one time we were under this flax in HA and took 6 sandstormers with CE. This was back when sandstorm was on a 20-second recharge and did 42 bonus instead of... well, whatever it does now. Funny stuff, if you'll pardon the pun. –Jette 01:23, 1 August 2011 (UTC)
