Help[edit]
Can someone please tell me why when I go to change my Page or anything it comes up with a download: index (number).php? Thanks! :) Amina 01:04, 8 April 2010 (UTC)
- When you click on the user page tab you get a download? I don't. -- Wyn talk 01:17, 8 April 2010 (UTC)
- Woops I got myself confused I go to click the Edit or Create page it downloads, and doesn't go onto creating. Seems to work fine here though x_x Just started before. :( Amina 01:19, 8 April 2010 (UTC)
- Anyone? :| Amina 01:54, 8 April 2010 (UTC)
- I guess I'm not understanding your question/problem. You can access your Userpage from here by clicking on the user page tab, or from any wiki page by clicking on your username at the top. Either of those should take you to an edit screen since you do not yet have a user page created. -- Wyn talk 01:58, 8 April 2010 (UTC)~
- I'm sorry. I can go to my Userpage. It says there isn't one and I need to create it, I go to create it, it just stays on the same page and downloads Index(25).php :)) Amina 02:02, 8 April 2010 (UTC)

(Reset indent) To reiterate, when Amina goes to his userpage, that's fine. He can open that, view it, etc. However, when he clicks "edit page", it downloads "index.php" instead of simply opening the page. In other words, it saves the file index.php on his desktop as an unknown file type. Does anyone know what's going on here? Thanks. Newms34 02:42, 8 April 2010 (UTC)
- Still no help, ah well... :P Amina 19:57, 8 April 2010 (UTC)
Oh, and I can fix that how? Amina 20:16, 8 April 2010 (UTC)
- Banging on the keyboard usually helps. -- FreedomBound 20:17, 8 April 2010 (UTC)
- Lol, which side? :| Amina 20:18, 8 April 2010 (UTC)
Still does it... I think I banged it hard enough Amina 20:23, 8 April 2010 (UTC)
- Well, there's a more complicated problem/solution... Your browser might not be associating .php extensions with something it needs to deal with. What OS are you using? -- FreedomBound 20:26, 8 April 2010 (UTC)
- Errrrr... What's that? :| I'm a noob Amina 20:27, 8 April 2010 (UTC)
- Ohhh.. Windows 7? :D Amina 20:32, 8 April 2010 (UTC)
- One more question... Do you have Internet Download Manager installed on your computer? If you do, try turning it off for Chrome (like this), and see if it helps. -- FreedomBound 00:02, 9 April 2010 (UTC)
- Sorry, I don't have it installed on my computer. :| Amina 01:19, 9 April 2010 (UTC)
