You are going to have to re-upload Image:Awakened necromance.jpg you mispelled it. — Rappy 17:42, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
Thank you, I re-uploaded it
Well after a quite long break I've uploaded 18 new render today :)--AntiLamer 17:47, 3 February 2008 (UTC)

Mursaat[edit]

I found you did a good job for the undeads and forgotten, but i must say i don't like your mursaat.

I'm sorry to say this as i'm sure you had to work hard to do it, i hope you'll forgive me this.

I have the impression that his right hand is cut, the light on him seems a little too dark and i found his "feathers" really too bright.

There is also some spikes missing from the armor on his hands.

The mursaats are important for me, if you want pictures i can give you as many you want with size you want. for now, i won't upload your render to al the mursaats like i did for the forgotten. Again i'm sorry to say this to your work, but i think it was needed for them. lussh 20:46, 3 February 2008 (UTC)

First of all thanks. Constructive criticism is always welcome. You're right on every point. But the issues are not all my mistakes, the missing spikes are not really missing it just looks like because of the perspective. The brightness of the feathers comes from the bright background. But as from now I'll check the tricky Monsters like the Murssat better. I'll see if I can do something if not feel free to delete it. --AntiLamer 22:48, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
i thank you. i don't wan't to delete your mursaat (and can't), i'd like to see a new one and'll wait for it :) lussh 23:18, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
Bad news, I didn't get a better outcome :/ The body looks better but the feathers not. I think I'll concentrate on "easier" Monsters and let Emily render the others like the Mursaat. --AntiLamer 13:17, 4 February 2008 (UTC)
oki. I have no idea what and how much work is needed to make thoses renders, but you tryed and that's really nice, so thank you anyway. I'll wait for you next work. lussh 14:47, 4 February 2008 (UTC)

Your zombie necromancer render has a texture glitch on the face. -- Gordon Ecker 07:06, 12 February 2008 (UTC)

render program[edit]

may i ask which program you use to create the renders? —ZerphatalkThe Improver 13:39, 19 June 2008 (UTC)

I'm using 3DRipperDX to export the models from gw. Then you need 3D Studio Max to import the special file from 3DRipper. Now you're able to render the scene or export it to *.3ds so you can use other 3d tools like Cinema4D (like me) --AntiLamer 11:25, 25 June 2008 (UTC)
Though i don't have any other 3d tools like Cinema4D, i downloaded the 3DRipperDX and 3D Studio Max freeware. Unfortunately, 3DRipperDX didn't work for some reason, it opened GW three times and didn't preceed. Well, thanks much for your answer anyways :) —ZerphatalkThe Improver 15:02, 13 July 2008 (UTC)
Any errors? --AntiLamer 19:53, 13 July 2008 (UTC)
The game didn't start.^^ The program's page states that "if this is not a DirectX9 application, it won't work". But as you are using it, it had to be something else causing that error. —ZerphatalkThe Improver 20:08, 13 July 2008 (UTC)
I'm using the -windowed start parameter but I don't know why anymore^^ Anyway how about if I'll make the "screens" and convert them to .c4d and you render them? Because I don't like the setup of the scene and you can't use 3DRipperDX yet ;) --AntiLamer 11:14, 14 July 2008 (UTC)
Is there a good guide on how all of this works? I have all 3 programs and I can export from Dx but I get lost on what to do after I load it into Max. Fall 21:27, 23 July 2008 (UTC)
afaik no, you have to figure your own way to do this but i can tell you how i made my renders. maybe i'll write a litte howto =) --AntiLamer 23:10, 24 July 2008 (UTC)
If you write a step by step how to that would be awesome :) and would be much appreciated ^^ Fall 23:55, 24 July 2008 (UTC)
Just to second Fall, a guide would be awesome and appreciated =p. ~ PheNaxKian User PheNaxKian sig.jpg 17:17, 26 July 2009
