Skills are rings. As for necklaces, they really wouldn't be able to apply much of a boon, as otherwise they'd be expensive and serve to farmer characters more than casual players. And if they don't do much, why would someone want one...? Bathorytalk 05:42, 22 June 2009 (UTC)
