Native userboxes

Hi there! Thanks, I'm glad you like the userboxes. I'm happy to make them. :) For the native ones...*thinks* Perhaps a character origin category? Something like that? And perhaps the userboxes (not the ones I made, these were made before) that say the user is Tyrian/Canthan/Elonian at heart could go in there as well? I was thinking the exact same thing for those three userboxes. I was even thinking something similar for the category name, the problem is that "Character origin user box templates" is both long and not the best description for these user boxes. The names that describe it better all could cause confusion with the Nationality user box templates category, e.g., Region User box templates. If you have any thoughts, please let me know.

Also, how did you like that I moved the GW2 boxes you made? It seemed to make sense to put those and the other GW2 userboxes together and I wanted to rework it to avoid subcategories of subcategories. --Ceru talk contribs 06:51, 29 December 2009 (UTC)

I do. The point is to replace the userbox that was there. The creator of the original doesn't deal well with others changing things. I had cleaned most of his out and replaced them but there were a few I had missed. --Ceru talk contribs 01:13, 31 December 2009 (UTC)

Oh I put that in the Cartographer section because Legendary Vanquisher is with Vanquisher and Legendary Guardian is with Guardian, so I figured Legendary Cartographer should go with Cartographer. :) Tender Wolf 16:31, 1 January 2010 (UTC)

The best place to look would be GuildWarsGuru. Look for posts that include a website and read some of the forums; it will give you a feel for the activeness of a guild and what the interaction and activities are like. As an example, my guild, The Kingsguard Of The Iron Throne, has posts on Guru, a join thread on our forum, and we recruit people from PuGs who seem like they would fit in. --Ceru talk contribs 00:44, 6 January 2010 (UTC)
