User talk pages

If you wish to ask Erasculio to expand on his comment on User talk:Isaiah Cartwright, please do so at User talk:Erasculio. --User Brains12 Spiral.png Brains12 \ talk 19:40, 28 August 2008 (UTC)

Please follow the notice on top of Izzy's talk page -- so far your contributions there have ignored it. --User Brains12 Spiral.png Brains12 \ talk 14:16, 30 August 2008 (UTC)
Again: Izzy's talk page isn't for bringing up feedback about skill quality and whatnot -- ArenaNet:Skill feedback exists for that very purpose. I've moved your comment from Izzy's page (you can find the new destination there). Putting similar comments on Izzy's talk may lead to a block, considering that 1. the notice already points to the relevant place, 2. you've been told already to heed that notice, and 3. you seem to understand somewhat that certain comments don't belong, hence the "Hopefully Brains doesn't delete this comment". --User Brains12 Spiral.png Brains12 \ talk 21:37, 10 September 2008 (UTC)

Removing talk page comments

You can feel free to archive comments from your talk page, but not simply remove them unless they are a violation of GWW:NPA. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me, any helper, check out our Help center, or post a question on our Help:Ask a wiki question page. Thanks! --Wyn's Talk page Wyn 21:44, 10 September 2008 (UTC)

Thank's, I'm new to the wiki :)--Lancy1214 21:46, 10 September 2008 (UTC)

Userpage Template

Ok, I gave you a basic table template and placed it on your userpage. Things between <!-- --> are simply commented instructions for what you should add where, and you can remove them once you know what goes where. --Wyn's Talk page Wyn 22:36, 10 September 2008 (UTC)

Oh wow that looks kickass! --Lancy1214 23:06, 10 September 2008 (UTC)

Hey there!

During the cleanup sequence, a number of your suggestions have cought my attention. These suggestions, while decent, do not follow the standardized format. Please take a look at the suggestions you made, and please add at least a reason or issue section. Have a nice day. -- NUKLEAR User NuclearVII signature 3.jpgIIV 20:05, 12 September 2008 (UTC)

OK nuke!--Lancy1214 00:03, 13 September 2008 (UTC)

Why Pink???

LoL doesn't match your logo :P --Wyn's Talk page Wyn 14:16, 13 September 2008 (UTC)

I thought i saw someone change it:P Jeesh this wiki stuff is so overwhelming... Please I'd love to hear advice from the future interior designer:P--Lancy1214 14:17, 13 September 2008 (UTC)
Lol, go ahead and pick the color you want.. I'll make your logo match :P --Wyn's Talk page Wyn 14:49, 13 September 2008 (UTC)

skills

i like most of the proposals very much :D the pacifism one is a bit unclear though. what is it supposed to do? - Y0_ich_halt User Y0 ich halt sig.jpg 18:36, 13 September 2008 (UTC)

Oh thanks:) And pacifism is like a non-elite version of the proposed "Amity" i made. It's basically a one time Amity.--Lancy1214 18:37, 13 September 2008 (UTC)
i guess "For 5 seconds, whenever target ally deals damage via attack or spell..." is a typo then? - Y0_ich_halt User Y0 ich halt sig.jpg 18:41, 13 September 2008 (UTC)
OH! Thanks for pointing that out...check everything for me please ;)--Lancy1214 18:42, 13 September 2008 (UTC)
will do. seems you wanna make gw much faster than until now, at least 60% of these proposals reduce activation to half the current xD - Y0_ich_halt User Y0 ich halt sig.jpg 18:54, 13 September 2008 (UTC)
shadowsong is a bit imba, even with 10e cost. a nineth-player-blindbot that acts 12/18 seconds it pretty damn good. on the other hand, this would make killing spirits off much more important and at the same time easier because of lower levels. the others are all ok, only tranquil was tanasen wouldn't be much better than it is now. - Y0_ich_halt User Y0 ich halt sig.jpg 18:54, 13 September 2008 (UTC)
Oh the only change I made to tranquil was tanasen is the fact that I moved it under communing and gave it just a little more armor.--Lancy1214 19:11, 13 September 2008 (UTC)
ah, that's why it sounded so familiar :D i think twt needs a rework since it's rather useless in its current state. and shadowsong should be fine with 20r, ya ^^ - Y0_ich_halt User Y0 ich halt sig.jpg 21:13, 13 September 2008 (UTC)
BTW with aura of faith buff MOP is quite meh.Well i dont know wich one but i guess aura of faith would be better and that means there is no reason to take MOP Lilondra Eviscerate.jpg*poke* 08:08, 14 September 2008 (UTC)
the difference is, with mop a single monk could counter a whole spike with one single spell, as long as it's no "HOLY FCKN HIGH DMG NUEK!"-spike. AoF requires a second (heal) spell. idk, i think in bigger teams AoF would still be more, but TA might get MoP if spike teams were meta. - Y0_ich_halt User Y0 ich halt sig.jpg 16:42, 15 September 2008 (UTC)
I added a second proposal to Mark of Protection to make it feel it belongs under the protection line--72.138.13.180 20:54, 15 September 2008 (UTC)
i'd love both of them XD - Y0_ich_halt User Y0 ich halt sig.jpg 21:01, 15 September 2008 (UTC)
I say anet should hire me right now vote now!, Yo Ich is there anything you'd like to see buffed or nerfed in the monk or ritualist line?:)--Lancy1214 21:10, 15 September 2008 (UTC)
i do stuff like that myself :P User:Y0 ich halt/Skills was just too lazy to update anything after that elite buff action a month ago. - Y0_ich_halt User Y0 ich halt sig.jpg 21:22, 15 September 2008 (UTC)

Need user boxes? 120px-Face-grin.svg.png

Don't mind me but I was looking at your user page one thing I found missing was user boxes, granted you might not like them but Seru has tons! and of course I have some myself. . Again I'm just snooping around so don't mind me =]. Blood User Blood234 Blood sig .JPG 03:01, 16 September 2008 (UTC)

-MOVED- Monk & Ritualist Skill Balance & New Mechanics -MOVED-

Might I suggest A) moving monk & rit discussions to thier respective talkpage (which frees up your talkpage for general topics), and B) move your Skills-Suggestion box to Misc and your user-boxes to About Me or to Skill-box (as I did with mine); that way you have more room to play with. Also, join me on GW if your on your userpage at the moment, k! ^_^ --Falconeye 20:52, 5 October 2008 (UTC) (yes refreshed this ^_^)

FYI -- You can delete/archive this

Hello! I remember you Armond from your posts here (and other GW sites) and your personal crusade for buffing/altering hex-removal skills. I silently applauded your efforts but reluctantly had to aggree with much of Izzy's comments regarding realities of current meta. I recently partnered with Lancy's Active Rituals campagin and would like your opinion regarding this new Active version. I've already read Izzy's discussions explaining why Rits are 'Hex-Poor' and I aggree with him 100%... but there is nothing in current meta that rules against rits -punishing- foes for hexing allies.

Soothing - 15, 2, 20 - (Communing) - Binding Ritual. "Create a level 1...5...6 Spirit. All foes within its range take twice as long to build Adrenaline and Hexes take an additional 5...9...10 seconds to recharge. Soothing dies after 6 seconds." For every 3 ranks in Spawning Power, Soothing lasts 1 second longer.

--FalconEye 03:09, 23 September 2008 (UTC)

Excessive energy cost for such a short recharge. Unless your campaign includes making the change "you can only have one binding ritual equipped at any point in time", that is... And if that's the case, the spirit might be a bit weak. I dunno; the effect as is is pretty nice, but one of the inherent problems with spirit spam is all you do is run around, drop spirits, and kite aoe. The main thing oldschool rit spirits had for them was that once you killed the spirit, it was gone for a while. This... I'm not sure. The other thing is a flat 5..10 second +recharge is gonna scale insanely differently on different hexes. Something like Ineptitude, an extra eight seconds or so of recharge isn't going to hurt too horribly (it'll hurt, but it's manageable); if you lose Parasitic Bond for even five extra seconds, though, you're kinda screwed. Go with a good old percentage; try 60...124...140% longer. The other thing is, if you think hexes are weak, you need to fight hexway more. Individual hexes are weak, yeah, but once you've got migraine + phantasm + spoil victor on your monks, not to mention spiteful, price, reckless, and pbond on your melee, you're pretty fucked. -- Armond Warblade 04:08, 23 September 2008 (UTC)

Fuck Parabond. That's all. -- NUKLEAR IIV 16:32, 23 September 2008 (UTC)
Yes, yes indeed. -- Armond Warblade 21:54, 23 September 2008 (UTC)
See this exactly why nether of you are fit to balance skills. Attitudes like this show stupid you are and why you would EPICFAIL at balanceing for issy.67.159.44.138 04:54, 24 September 2008 (UTC)
Ironically, that statement applies to your attitude as well. Please refrain from that sort of statements. -- ab.er.rant 13:08, 24 September 2008 (UTC)

Not entirely sure how helpful Armond was in this reply--Falconeye 06:17, 26 September 2008 (UTC)

Seems you archived

Seems you got your page archived just fine without me :D --Wyn's Talk page Wyn 20:01, 15 October 2008 (UTC)

Falconeye's Comments

Sorry for messing you up! I was trying to reorganize it into skills that Anet can fix now and all Active-oriented skills and... then my computer/internet crashed on me. All changes, minus an addition, are as they were earlier today after I got your message.
