New Hereos[edit]

I can understand the additional Mesmer, Ritualist, Paragon and Assassin hero suggestions as none of those professions have three heroes available. However, the Warrior and Elementalist additions would make 4 of those heroes total - exceeding the maximum amount of heroes one person can have at a time. May I ask why that doesn't seem pointless?

Easy. In the case of Elementalits, so you can equip each one of them for one element. And then change between them without having to remove and put upgrades and weapons all the time. In the case of Warriors, 5 would be the number, actually: sword+strength shield, axe+strenght shield, sword+tactics shield, axe + tactics shield, hammer. And there is also the thing of not being female human heroine in the game for those professions, that's about equitableness. MithUser MithranArkanere Star.pngTalk 15:45, 3 March 2009 (UTC)
I suppose the rune argument makes sense. Although 5 warriors would be a bit excessive... I can't even find a single use for Warrior heroes mostly because of pathing issues... And most player characters seem to be female, and they're all human but I can see where you're coming from. Bathory 21:24, 28 March 2009 (UTC)

Required Customization[edit]

Ew. I have to disagree on this point. Such actions would absolutely ruin tradability. There's been a number of times where I've been using one skin, but find another I prefer later. Without customization, I can still sell it/ trade it. The current system is already enough in my opinion.Lord Twitchiopolis 08:31, 19 July 2009 (UTC)

That's a problem, because it fills the market of a certain item. Pepl keep tading between themselves reducing the price of the exiting ones, that's a not a problem for some skins, but for rare ones sure is. Require items to be customized to be quipped, and you take out items from the market. You sell what you don't want, an keep what you want.
