Hi Peter, the user page you created "User:Peter Higgins" is unregistered and was moved to your actual username User:Phiggins81, that was why it was deleted. This is also why when you edit that page it says "User account "Peter Higgins" is not registered. Please check if you want to create/edit this page." in red writing at the top of the page. If you wish to use the username Peter Higgins you would have to register under that name. --Kakarot
