Project discussion[edit]
Any comments or questions - please throw them in here. Thanks, -- pullus talk 12:26, 19 August 2007 (UTC)
- I've implemented the images under different filenames and I have to say they look really good in use. :) I would like to point out though that there is a colour difference in the borders of the white tick and cross. Was that intentional?
- And if you want to see who is using these images, you can check on the image page under "what links here". The yes and no templates will probably be very high use.
- Oh and if you want to edit the summary for the images that I reuploaded go ahead. I linked to your user page and this project page so that they were properly attributed. I hope that it is sufficient/correct. - BeX 04:06, 22 August 2007 (UTC)
- Great! and thanks very much for the attribution ... I wasn't expecting it, and the note about it on my workings page was meant so that if people found them and started using them while I was working on them I could keep tabs on where they were being used and update people when versions changed, but your tip with the "what links here" will be helpful with that. Thanks.
- The colour difference between the borders is part of the Tango Project's guidelines. The border colour is always a darkened version of the main fill colour. This is probably more obvious because of the grey-scale than it would otherwise be ... I had noticed it with the ticks too and I'll look at it.
- Thanks again, -- pullus talk 11:47, 22 August 2007 (UTC)
- For what it's worth I've lightened the border around the tick to bring it more into line with the white cross. -- pullus talk 09:18, 30 August 2007 (UTC)
Just as a note, I modified Image:User Pullus tango tick0 shadow.png by moving it one pixel down as it was not at the same position as the other icons. Btw. would it be possible to get the source (/vector) file of those icons? :) poke | talk 08:57, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
I just uploaded your icons on the german Guild Wars Wiki (http://www.guildwiki.de). I'd love to have your permission to use them there :) --Bruder Sammy 18:34, 26 December 2009 (UTC)
