GW2 worlds[edit]
Hey, gw2 is not going to all be one big space. They're going to have worlds. Note the plural. Once you start in a world, you stay there. If you want to play with somebody, you both have to be in the same world. You can change worlds but only once a week, and it's expensive. You can guest worlds, but that's gonna get tedious. Anet says this:

We need to pick a world for the guild, I think. For the beta, there's no time to run a poll. We need to pick one and get the word out.
As far as I can tell, worlds are all identical except for their names. I like Sea of Sorrows and Darkhaven, but your reality may vary. Let's get some replies on this page or the forums thread for this subject here from everybody with a preference, please.
