Odd profession. First of all, you don't need to compare the armor to Dervishes. You could say "it gives +25 health unconditionally on the chestpiece." Or if you were talking visually, you covered that with "robes".
I'll go down the list of skills and give my opinion as well.
Power Transfer is neat. Similar to some Ritualist weapon spells.
Signet of Guile, you don't need to put "0 energy", I believe some existing signet pages omit that particular stat. That's minor, of course. But it looks solid, except the fact that it could take a while for it to come back.
Grenth's contract is a little powerful. Even with the half-health sacrifice. It's kind of a gamble. Either a monk can heal you back up in a spell and a half, or you're basically a two-shot kill afterward. Your spell may not be interrupted but it's an auto-interrupt if you DIE.
Regenerate also is overpowered, and without the balance or con that Grenth's Contract had. I like it though. But who wouldn't?

- On Absorb Hex: It wouldn't be too unbalanced if you buffed that a little, to say around 75-100 health. The 12 second recharge time is a decent balance to it, so it can't be spammed.- Vanguard 15:03, 2 September 2008 (UTC)
