Hello and welcome, just a note on your user page: You actually did create it with that short entry ;-) There is no need or requirement to have an elaborate one. However, if like most of us, you want one, I suggest starting out by snatching bits and pieces from other user's code and fitting it together. At least that is how I learned to create mine when I first did it. Of course you can always do it the "right way" and learn wiki coding like Lou-Saydus suggested, too. --Xeeron 20:19, 14 December 2007 (UTC)

Hello Underated Skill, please use the "Show Preview" button when editing instead of going to "Save Page" straightaway. This lets you see what your edits look like without having to save, and makes sure the Recent Changes page doesn't get clogged. Thanks. No, it's not possible to take edits out of recent changes. It's no big problem though, it just makes stuff easier -- br12 • (talk) • 20:07, 15 December 2007 (UTC)

If you want to put a userbox on your pages, just enter in the title of the page in between {{ and }}. So, for example, {{User Imanoob}}. for Template:User Imanoob. -- br12 • (talk) • 20:11, 15 December 2007 (UTC)

You may want to put a {{clear}} under your userboxes or something so your friends header is completely under, instead of being on the side. brains12 • (talk) • 14:52, 21 December 2007 (UTC)

Sandbox

Hey saw that you made a Sandbox :). Hope how I explained was clear enough to explain how to make more pages under your name? Like I have pages for userboxes, for characters, for my collections, and so on. – Barinthus 14:33, 20 February 2008 (UTC)

Hey there - I just reread what you typed on my talk page about sandbox. You said something like Hey Barinthus, I realised I still have wintersday stuff on my page (xD) and want to get rid of it, but also want to save it for next year. How would I make a "sandbox" so that I could put it there? Thanks!. I didn't realize that you meant to use your sandbox to store your userboxes. I may be mistaken but my impression is that sandboxes are for testing and trying out codings... to play in like little kids in sandboxes with their little soldier toys. It's not supposed to be a page where you can store things since it's possible people will come and mess around with your sandbox as well (seems this is allowed). You might want to create a seperate storing page for userboxes. Just add /UserBoxes (or /Coolest Boxes In the Entire Wiki if you want!) after your main page URL (User:Underated Skill) and move your userboxes code to that :) – Barinthus 15:16, 1 March 2008 (UTC)

If they were to comment on it, they would, if I understand the whole legal situation correctly, be acknowledging that it belongs under GFDL, and so their later use of the content would be copyright infringement. I know- it just makes me unhappy that a non admin (I'm unsure..) would take it out of the open. I realise she likely al ready knows. All that matters to me is that the information is out in the open (you know, serving as a constant reminder)... and it displeases me that it was taken down before the date it was even slated.
