Please use show preview[edit]

So you can reread and modify your contribution before saving the page. so you don't have to do many changes and you don't clutter the history and recent changes. Coran Ironclaw 20:15, 1 October 2007 (UTC)

Can you please delete the history? I am quite new to this wiki thingy. Thanks a lot for help.

Actually I think it can't be delete, at least I can't. so that is why we request to try to reduce the saved changes. Coran Ironclaw 03:40, 2 October 2007 (UTC)

Clearing talk page[edit]

According to the user policy, we are not allowed to remove content from our talk pages. You can always archive it though, by moving it to a subpage, like User talk:Vel/Archive for example. (You need to place a link on this page to the archive you have created) - anja talk 13:15, 3 October 2007 (UTC)

Help![edit]

Hi, I'm new to the whole wiki thing, and I really want a user page. Since yours is so AWESOME, I was wondering if you could teach me the basics. I don't need a user page nearly as fancy as yours, I just need a basic page with a couple places for the box things that say stuff like: This user is part of a Luxon Alliance, or This use plays all three campaigns. Thx alot. :D Panda Man 03:23, 9 November 2007 (UTC)

Thanks. Best way to do that is to go to User templates and look at the templates to get some idea. If you want a very quick and dirty method, then do this:

1. Make a GW Wiki account

2. Under your username make three docs: a. Navigation b. Account Table c. Character Table

3. These 3 pages will be the layout for your wiki page. Get the content from some existing page and modify. I started mine from Fenix's Character table. If you go through that document you will get pretty decent idea about wiki pages. Hope this help. I am also a rookie.

How do I get the different pages/documents and how do I get a table like Fenix's onto my page?(copy/pasting?)

You copy and paste the code into your page(s). Account code goes to account..Character goes to character...and so on. These pages are templates. Now, you create your character pages utilizing these templates. Play around with them and you will get it. Also, there is an Editing Help section.
