I don't really think that this needs to continue on the feedback page.[edit]

First things first. Smiter's Boon isn't supposed to turn smite monks into heal monks. It turns smite monks with decent support into smite monks with ridiculous amounts of support.
Imagine how ridiculous it'd be if eles' Aura of Restoration affected nearby allies or something of that sort. Characters with enormous damage shouldn't also be capable support healers, should they? Support healing is something that builds usually have to devote another character slot to; having it "tacked-on" to a smiter is insane.
If you look at SB smiters the other way, as healers with damage tacked on, they're equally as absurd. Imagine if Cure Hex healed for 1/3 less, but also dealt 85 armor-ignoring holy damage with a bigger AoE than any offensive spell in the game. That's exactly what Smite Hex is under Smiter's Boon.
Imagine a Vengeful Weapon that didn't require the target to be hit in order to heal them. Guess what? It's called Reversal of Damage under Smiter's Boon.
If you don't understand why the skill is ridiculous, there's really not much more I can do to explain it to you, so I'm done here. Take care. User Raine R.gif is for Raine, etc. 20:14, 16 March 2010 (UTC)

I think others would profit from listening to you.[edit]

Spare me the empty platitudes, I know the tone all too well. You're honestly going to sit there with conviction and tell me that Monks deal "enormous damage", with a straight face? Yes, the damage is mostly armor ignoring but the cost of pew-pewing good spells like 'smite' or ...oh wait, yeah it's pretty much that and a bunch of signets that take 20 seconds a pop to recharge. These skills don't target multiple foes, in fact, with the exeption of RoJ; Smite Hex and Smite Condition are the only damage skills a monk has that target more than one foe. Eles do MASSIVE AoE damage I think we can all agree, for them to also have the benefit of healing while they do so is ok because they don't have that many self healing skills. You say that this is from a support standpoint? If a hero sees you dieing in battle and has Smiter's Boon primed and Smite Hex ready and you DONT have a hex on you...what? Nothing! They won't cast it. Smite Hex and Smite condition have enough requirements to make them fair in my view, just look at Ele or Necro damage skills if you think Monks have the last word in damage. Monks are not overpowered especially since they nerfed the tricky skills like Spellbreaker and Protective Bond. If you remove Smiter's Boon you take away one of the very few reasons to pick Monk as your primary for pve, the others being Ray of Judgement and of course, our incredibly funky style Yla Da Heela 21:24, 16 March 2010 (UTC)

User Images[edit]

Hey there, keep in mind that images that are not used in the mainspace (AKA, not used on a NPC page or the like) must start with User_(Username). As such, I moved your image to the appropriate location, File:User Yla Da Heela File-Gw335.jpg. I also fixed the image link on your guild page.
