How do you add a feedback suggestion?

I have an idea to redesigning my profession (the Elementalist), but I don't know how to post it properly.

Go to Feedback:Getting started. At Step 2, enter in your name as is, Ys Mist. Then save the following page. If you did it properly, Feedback:User/Ys Mist will no longer be a red-link. On that page, you can start creating your suggestions by inputting an appropriate title into the right-hand side text box. Further help links will also be on that page.
