Deletion

For pages to be truly deleted, you need to place a {{delete}} tag on them. Using something like {{delete|User request|speedy}} will be suitable. --Antioch 02:48, 28 September 2008 (UTC)

Thank you, Antioch. I guess you are referring to my userbox page? I was already wondering how to delete it properly. But since I'm still working on my userpage I didn't finally decide whether to delete it or not. But nice to know how I could get rid of it. Necromancy on the topic, FTW. The minor edit button marks your edit as a minor edit (read that three times fast). It helps RC stalkers filter out edits that probably aren't vandalism. On another topic (the real reason for me popping in here), U1 and "user request" are the same thing. No need to change anything you've already done, this is just for future reference. Here you can see a full list of the reason codes and the verbose reason. If you use Firefox, you should look up User:Poke, he's got a nifty gadget that can help with tagging and such.
