This was explained elsewhere, but player armor this detailed isn't available for players because you can wear pieces of armor from different armor sets. This would cause unwanted pieces to intersect one another. Heroes, on the other hand, can only wear armor from one armor set at a time, so the designers can go all out making something that is customized specifically for Kahmu.
