Thull The Bull does not always appear. This player has spent well over several hours mapping and remapping to his potential location, killing dozens of Ice Golems, Grawl bosses, Ice Imps, And Stone Summet enemies only to find that he has not materialized, so persistance is your best weapon. Kala Wupwup seemed to be the Boss of choice, showing up 12 times.

After seven additional attemps, I concluded that "Thul The Bull" does not exist in the Southern Shiverpeaks, Northeast of Copperhammer Mines and may in fact exist, if at all in a different location. (Note, this exploration took place from 18:10 until 04:18)
