Hi, your Signature violates our Signature Policy. You must not use Template Calls in your Signature! Please change it asap. Thanks. --SilentStorm

[edit] Template:Minions nav
I had previously changed the colour of that template so it would match the colour of the infobox, which is usually the way nav bars are coloured (unless I'm mistaken). Anyway, I replied to the post on the talk page, so you might be interested in going there. --

[edit] Bot

- (Edit conflict)Yeah, sorry didn't notice. Made a bot account, but I'm unsure whether I can have one. Is there a rule on making bot accounts? Bot Went Balistic 03:03, 12 November 2009 (UTC)
- Not really. But if you're going to be botting, may as well try to get your bot to have bots rights. --

- Hmmm so if I'm using AWB, how would I make it have an auto-stop by checking the talk page? Bot Went Balistic 03:18, 12 November 2009 (UTC)
- Probably something to do with <div class="usermessage"> and when that pops up? --
RIDDLE 03:26, 12 November 2009 (UTC)
- I don't think that works with AWB. —
Balistic 03:26, 12 November 2009 (UTC)
- Really? It can't detect that class? (Not that I know anything of AWB.) --
RIDDLE 03:32, 12 November 2009 (UTC)
- Alternatively, you can request bot edits on the page Riddle linked, so that Poke can get Wikichu to automatically do the edits - he's got a bot flag and a more sophisticated framework than AWB, which would be more useful. However, I'm not sure whether something like this would be accepted, as typically we're hesitant to ping a large number of talk pages. I guess it largely depends on the reason for doing so. -- pling

- Also, it is allowed to bot without a bot flag -- i could bot 1500 pages every once in a while (subst: unsigned templates) —
Balistic 01:51, 13 November 2009 (UTC)
- Something like that should be bot-edited if it's going to be done at all. As I said, some might object to unnecessarily editing that many pages. -- pling

[edit] Why?
Why are you messing with my pages? --
riyen ♥ 00:46, 15 November 2009 (UTC)
- Works the same. In stead of saying User:User/blahblah, replace User, you can just say Special:MyPage/blahblah. —
Balistic 00:47, 15 November 2009 (UTC)
- Except I don't want it linked to my pages and am not interested in a direct link that would have them loose 'information' needed to copy, etc. --
riyen ♥ 00:50, 15 November 2009 (UTC)
- What? It links to whoever is loged in. When I click on Special:MyPage/blahblah it goes to → User:Balistic Pve/blahblah. It doesn't link to your page. It links to whoever is signed in's page. —
Balistic 01:02, 15 November 2009 (UTC)
- Still, wouldn't it take them away from the 'coding'? --

[edit] Editing Scepter of the Forgotten syntax
I am aware that I may not have fully grasped the mastery in editing, however I believe your edit based on my contribution on this page concerning the < br > code was incorrect (which you replaced with < br />. As I've done HTML, I decided it seemed wrong and did some research into the correct syntax. So far as I've seen in Wikipedia's pages, my original code was correct and you provided no documentation nor comments regarding your change. Please explain your change with evidence or I'll request to revert the page. --Diseraph 17:57, 26 November 2009 (UTC)
- idk, over at pvx they had a bot changing br to br / so i think br / > br —
Balistic 18:00, 26 November 2009 (UTC)
- really no difference actually. —

- Judging from previous entries in this page, it does seem that some of these harmless changes you are making are causing more confusion than clarifying the purpose of the pages, which I imagine is rather opposing of your intent. I believe there is such thing as over-editing. :) --Diseraph 18:11, 26 November 2009 (UTC)
