The Age of the Tortoise is one of the eras of the Canthan calendar. It began in 694 AE (1204 CC) and ended in 872 AE (1382 CC) with the Age of the Dragon, the modern age. The Age of the Tortoise began with the death of the tyrannical Canthan Emperor Singtah and the burning of the first Raisu Palace.
