Nerf signet of toxic shock spike

Unconditional unelite knockdown every 13 seconds should not exist

Full-ranged Casting Distance, No Exhausted, 13 Seconds Recarge Knock-Down is Ultra Imbalanced

The "Dancing Daggers->Entangling Asp->Toxic Shock Signet" combo is unacceptable overpowered, cost "only 15 energy" but apply "200 damage + posion + knock-down". And only Dancing Daggers is half-ranged. Should it exists?

Cancel knock-down, reduce to 5 energy. or whatever, just NERF this GIMMICKY BUILD pls.

Rather cheap knock down with no draw back

no other class has a knock down this easy to pull off and at this range that is not an elite.
Suggestion
Make it a touch skill. Also for all things good and holy, make it so that touch skills can fail if they target is blinded. A target cannot attack when they are blinded, but they can still reach out and touch you? Come on someone was smoking something good when they made that one up.

Promotes skill-less gimmicks

Suggestion
Destroy the entire gimmick. Nerf Deadly Paradox so that the duration is fixed and the cast/recharge bonus scales with Shadow Arts. Nerf Dancing Daggers so that it only counts as a lead attack if all of them hit. Nerf Entangling Asp so that it has double recharge if you are in a stance. Finally, change signet of toxic shock to earth damage so armor blocks it.
