Issue

Don't feel that a stance that can be cancel via another stance or anti stance skill be worth recharge time for a conditional effect, i don't feel sin blinds aren't that good, blinding power which need to follow offhand which can be block before this stance can take effect. Smoke power defense, sort duration/recharge ratio compared to other blind skills. and temple strike which is an elite (i know for good reason). and for that fact i don't think this skill sees much use compared with other anti block moves

Suggestion

either a) reduce recharge time to 30sec, don't think that too unreasonable, or b) add another effect to it like cannot be block by blinded or dazed foes, this would synergy's well for other skill.
