Crippling Victory Crippling Victory

  • Issue: The recharge on this skill does not fit the effect it causes 10 damage and up to 15 seconds of cripple. I have looked at other skills that cause cripple and none of them do that much damage.
  • Suggestion: Increasing the Damage to +10..22..25 or reducing the recharge to 6 seconds.
