Sliver Armor (last update: never)
Overpowered only used for farming.
- Issue
This skill should be made to be more useful in a group or team situation and not be a farming skill.
- Suggestion
Only make it damage if you effectively block or make it target ally and reduce the numbers a bit.
PvE
Limited to farming
- Issue: This skill is of little use in common PvE, given how there are far better ways to deal with attacks. An elementalist often won't be on the frontlines, something more noticeable in PvE than in PvP.
- Suggestion 1: give it Area of Effect. Increase the energy cost and/or add Exhaustion, and turn it into a ward - those inside have the effect of the enchantment on them.
- Suggestion 2: give it Area of Effect. Increase the energy cost and/or add Exhaustion, and make it affect self and adjacent allies.
- Suggestion 3: give it Area of Effect. Increase the energy cost and/or add Exhaustion, and make it affect all allies within earshot, like Aegis.

Make it's duration 1...8...10, it's recharge 15, and change it's effect to: +20 armor. You block the next attack against you and this skill ends. When this skill ends, all adjacent/nearby foes get XX damage.
