- Issue
- Not really viable as energy denial, because of the "lose all energy clause". Net effect is stealing 9 energy above rank 12, which is not really viable. The hex could be stripped before then.
- Suggestion
- Remove energy loss. Scale from -2 to -3 degen.
How to fix this
- Issue
- "Lose All Energy" makes this skill completely obsolete.
- Suggestion
- Remove the "lose all energy". It gives energy degeneration of 1, and you gain 1...3...3 energy regeneration. This way it cannot be used efficiently to ruin energy for someone else, but it works well as energy management.

- Suggestion
- Hex Spell. You lose (10..7..5) Energy. For 10..16..17 seconds, target foe suffers -2 Energy degeneration, and you experience +(2..3..3) Energy regeneration.

- This way it would be better to use it while in low energy to win against a enemy in the long run due to energy denial/regeneration.
Akirai's Issue
- Issue
- Never sees use. The effect is too weak to justify the hard to use requirements.
- Suggestion
- 5e//2c//15r. Duration buff: 2..15..17 seconds.
- It keeps being fairly hard to use (lose all energy, 2 second cast) but also becoming harder to remove and becoming a more important removal. Diversion, dshot and other disablement should keep this thing in check.
