- Why not reintroducing this skill? I don't think the general idea of it is broken, and there is certainly a way to make it balanced.
- Suggestion
- For example, it could allow mesmer flag runners:
- Elite stance. For 5...13...16 seconds, your Fast Casting attribute increases by 1...2...3, and you move 25% faster.

- agree with above as fast casting isn't a popular attribute to but beyond 10 as there very few skills and uses apart from the actual attribute of decreasing cast time.
