Zerpha The Improver's Issue -- 14:57, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
- Issue
Works against spells and chants in the first part of the skill's effect, but second part only affects spells.
- Suggestion
Change functionality to: "Elite Hex Spell. Interrupt a spell or a chant. Interruption effect: steal 1...6...7 Energy whenever target foe casts a spell or uses a chant (10 seconds)."
SiDima's Issue -- 19:58, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
- Suggestion
Change functionality to: "Elite Spell. Interrupt a spell or a chant. Interruption effect: steal 5-20 Energy."
/agree combining this with Pleak would rly be grear as e-denial while requiring skill to use it.Lilondra 08:21, 3 April 2008 (UTC)
- You think interrupting with mes take skills? Think again. Lightblade 18:43, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
Unti's Issue -- 02.07, 12. Apr 2008 (CET)
- Issue
- I was looking for some underpowered mesmer skills and found this one
- Suggestion
- Rework the skill to: "If target foe is casting a spell or chant, target skill is interrupted and is hexed with Power Leech for 5...9...10 seconds. When this hex is reapplied before it is expired, you steal 1..4..5 energy. If you don't interrupt a spell or chant, this skill is disabled for 15 seconds (5 energy, 1/4 casttime, 5 recast)"
- Example: Mesmer interrupts Elementalist, Ele gets hexed, after 6 seconds, he gets interrupted for the second time, he loses 5 energy.
- Strong interrupt but not spammable, would work great with soul barbs
- I have even made a suggestion for power flux [1][2]
This skill is trash and needs a rework.
- Issue
- This skill is trash. You're better off with power drain.
- Suggestion
- Rework the skill. "For 20 seconds, whenever target foe is interrupted while using a skill, that foe loses 1...3...4 energy, and you gain 1...7...8 energy plus 1 energy for every 5 points of energy the interrupted skill costs."
- Notes
- If multiple mesmers use this on the same foe, when that foe is interrupted, it only loses energy once. However, all of the mesmers gain energy. So suppose you are a monk and 2 mesmers use this on you. Then your Aegis gets interrupted. You lose 3 energy(who would run 13 inspiration anyway). EACH mesmer gains 7 energy plus an additional 3 energy(1 for every 5 energy that the skill costs).
- You do not have to interrupt the skill for the effect to work. So if you put this on a monk and a ranger interrupts the monk, you gain energy and the monk loses energy.
