Skye Marin's Issue 05:02, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
- Issue: This Mesmer disenchant elite was not buffed with the Necro disenchant buff round a few months back and is easily outclassed by non-elite spells, most notably, Gaze of Contempt.
- Suggestion: Reduce cost to 5, increase casting time to 2, change functionality to: "Target foe loses all enchantments. For each enchantment lost, this spell recharges for additional 5 seconds, (maximum 15)"
Gaia's Suggestions 00:32, 14 December 2008 [GMT]
- Issue There are far better elite enchantment removals out there. Not to mention better non-elite enchtment removal skills such as Gaze, Mirror, Shatter Ench, Rend etc. Shatter Storm is severely out powered by most of them.
- Suggestions
Move the skill to Domination attribute:
- 15 energy 2 cast 20-25 rech: Target foe loses one enchantment, all party members of that foe also lose the same enchantment. Every foe that loses an enchantment in this way takes [15...94] damage.
- 10e 1 cast 30 rech: Target foe loses all enchantments and takes [5...50] damage for each one lost [max 150]
- 15e 2 cast 30 rech: Target foe and all nearby foes lose all enchantments and are hexed with Shatter Storm for [1...18] seconds. Whenever any of these foes are the target of an enchantment all foes hexed with Shatter Storm take [18...53] damage. (i.e 5 foes become hexed with shatter storm. If ANY of these 5 foes is the target of an enchantment ALL 5 foes will suffer the damage)
- 10e 2 cast 15-20 rech: Remove an enchantment from target foe. If an enchantment is removed in this way a chaos storm opens at target foes current location for [5...10] seconds. All foes within the area of the chaos storm lose one enchantment each second and take [10...40] damage each second.
Move the skill to Inspiration attribute:
- 10e 2 cast 15rech: Remove one enchantment from target and nearby foes. Any of these foes that lose an enchantment in this way lose [5...11] energy
- 5e 1 cast 15 rech: Target foe loses all enchantments. You steal [4...10] energy from all foes within the area of target foe equal to the amount of enchantments lost. (i.e target had 5 enchantments. You steal [4...10] energy from 5 foes within the area of the target)
- 5e 1 cast 20 rech: Remove one enchantment from target foe. If an enchantment is removed in this way that foe is hexed with Shatter Storm for 10 seconds and loses [1...2] energy each second.
Desocupado's Issue -- (11:29, 21 December 2008 (UTC))
- Almost completely inferior to other enchantment removal options;
- Needs an unique effect, or related to other mesmer skills;
- Lacks a subtitle or conditional effect.
- Suggestion
- Effect: Elite Spell. Target foe loses all Enchantments. For each Enchantment removed this way, target foe, and all foes near him take 25..40..50 damage. (domination magic)
- 25 2 20
- Now it's a elite Shatter Enchantment.
Akirai's Issue
- Issue
- Massively outclassed. Just change the numbers slightly. Possibly change it to a skill, that might gave it some neat PvE applications (plus it'd be useful in the area where you first get as there's alot of Shadow Form Assassins.) OHOH or change it to a Signet! Shattered Signet, come one, that's like the coolest name ever.
- Suggestion
- Changed to 'Skill'. Disablement per duration: +4 seconds. Casting time changed: 3/4 seconds.
- Skillname changed to Shattered Signet. Skill type changed to Signet. Energy cost reduced to 0. Disablement decreased to +5.
Falconeye's Proposal
- Issue
- -See Above.
- Suggestion
10 1 15 - (Domination Magic) - Elite Spell. Removes all enchantments. Removal effect: for each enchantment removed, deal 15...63...75 damage and removes one enchantment from all foes in the area. -=OR=-
- See Snow Storm and Chaos Storm.
10 1 10 - (Domination Magic) - Elite Spell. (5 seconds.) Deals 10...34...40 damage and removes one Enchantment each second. Hits foes adjacent to target's initial location.
