- Entirely passive effect
- There's no reason for this to be 5 recharge given that it is 15 energy.
- Auspicious Incantation makes it easy to reapply given the low recharge.
- Suggestion
- Up recharge to 15.

- Weak, passive, never used in PvP (due to cost I assume)

- Change to....
- Hex Spell. If target foe is attacking, for 1...6...8 seconds, each time target foe attacks, it loses 2 adrenaline. When that foe's adrenaline hits 0, this hex ends. 10 , 1/4 , 15
- For a spike killer, as if you get it early, he can't use the rest of his chain. Maybe shorter effect, it can keep warriors down easily. And btw, the 2 adr loss is after they gain 1 for the hit.
