Suggestion

5 1 10 Enchantment Spell. You and target other ally are enchanted with Pensive Guardian. For 5 seconds, you and that ally have a 50% chance to block incoming attacks. This spell disables your non-Protection Prayers skills for 10 seconds.

Issue

Skills that rely on foes to block or enchant themselves are generally weak because of how little control you have over these factors. The suggestion below changes this so that the coverage is still conditional (inferior to Guardian) but has a longer duration (superior to Guardian). Having the trigger work on inactivity would make it great on an ally that's kiting - but still opens up their skills to interrupts.

Enchantment Spell. (5...10...11 seconds) Target all y has a 50% chance to block. No effect if using a skill or attacking.

good against dervs, but who plays derv anymore?

5 1 5 For 2...6...7 seconds, target ally has 15...39...45% chance to block attacks, and loses one condition.

Bar compression in arenas (block+condi removal), for cost of lesser chance to block
