Falconeye's Issue

Problem
Increase anti-creation versatility as proper "Exorcism"-theme; PvE-version with double holy damage and burning condition should effect any of the following -- Constucts, Demons, Djinns, Outsiders, Summons, Rituals, etc. -- in addition to the Undead.
(As a veteran ritualist... burning hurts spirits BADLY! ^_^).
Solition
Elite Spell. Deals 30...90...105 holy damage and causes burning (3 seconds). Also hits nearby foes. Inflicts Burning condition (3...8...9 seconds) on any unearthly creations. Disables all your skills except Smiting Prayers (10 seconds).
(10e / 1c / 10r)

Underused, underpowered

Issue
Generally, this skill is rarely used and smiting in general needs a bit of a buff. Also, burning only the animated undead (as mentioned above) makes it a bit niche.
Also, if this was more powerful it would encourage pure smiters (instead of smiters which ruin games) since it locks out other skills.
Suggestion
Increase its general usefulness. E.g:
10 Energy 1 Activation time 25 Recharge time.
Elite Spell. All your other skills are disabled for 5 seconds. Target foe and adjacent foes take 15...51...60 holy damage and an additional 5...11...12 holy damage for each Smiting Prayers skill disabled in this way. Summoned creatures struck by Ray of Judgment are set on fire for 3...8...9 seconds.
Soemthing like this would make it generally more useful since the cost is lower, its secondary effect hits all summoned creatures and the disabled duration is decreased.
However, the fact that it disables skills at all should prevent it from being used in 8-man monk spike teams since after your spike you have 5 seconds where you can't do anything, and the fact that it now disables all skills means that if your spike doesn't quite kill someone outright you can't follow-up with something else to finish them off.
What's more, the fact that it now scales based on your other Smiting Prayers skills encourages pure smiters so monks can't go healer with just this or something without losing a lot of effectiveness (at 15 Smiting, having 1 other skill would give you +14 dmg whereas having 5 others would give you +60 dmg).

Recharge fails

Issue
This skill is as bad as Double Dragon. Skill fails even if it wasn't elite.
Suggestion
Reduce recharge to 2 seconds(energy cost prevents mindless spamming), improve conditional, and have it disable your other Monk skills instead of everything but smiting prayers.
