Issue
To weak compared to comparable skills because it's too conditional. Currently only usefull if the opponent is using KD skills, which isn't always the case and even then this skill isn't helping much...
Suggestion
1. Plainly increasing the health gained to something like 10..50 so it is actually usefull vs a KD warrior
2. Make it more of an anti KD spike skill, so change the casting time to 1/4s and possibly reduce the energy to 5 and reduce duration to 8 or so.
3. Make this more of an anti KD pressure skill, so change the energy to 5, so it can be maintained on up to 4 allies. This way a party has some protection vs KD pressure while not being immune. They just die harder :p
4. Change this skill to something that is also usefull without the need of a KD (like what was done to Rust). Perhaps give it a direct heal bonus, but I'd like it to have some effect like Healing Hands. I'd suggest something like making it heal 2..10 per hit (about 1/3 of what it does now) and make it heal like 3 or 4 times that when target ally is knocked down.

Reduce energy to 5, change skill description to "for 10 seconds, the next time target ally takes damage while knocked-down, that ally is healed for 45...113...130" or something like that.

"Enchantment Spell. For 5...19...23 seconds, the next time target other ally would be knocked down, that ally gains 5...29...35 health instead."
This would be viable for most monks in PvP, because of the rising usage of knockdown 'sins and warriors. It would also see other professions' skills bars as a 'sin chain breaker.

Because Supportive Spirit is in Healing Prayers, it has the potential for inclusion on healing bars as a spike save in lieu of Infuse Health. But it needs a cast time reduction.
Suggestions

10 Energy¼ Activation time8 Recharge time Enchantment Spell. For 10 seconds, whenever target ally takes damage while knocked down, that ally is healed for 10...74...90 health.

In this sense, the spell would be a perfect counter to metas that involve a lot of knockdowns.

10 Energy¼ Activation time10 Recharge time Enchantment Spell. Heal target other ally for 20...76...90 health. Every second for 0...4...5 seconds, that ally is healed for 10...42...50 health for each Monk enchantment they have.

This skill would function as a spike save, and reward monk teams that pre-prot the spike with big heals.
