Issue

Healing Prayers seem to be under powered compared to Protection Prayers and Restoration Magic, especially because most spells are only for "target other ally" - really funny that Healing Monks have the worst amount of selfhealing. Some conditional buffs on under powered skills and an increasement of self target spells will be promoted.

Suggestion

"Spell. Target ally is healed for 15...55...65 Health and an additional 20...45...50 Health if that ally is suffering from a Condition." - *5 Energy *0.75 Activation *3 Recharge

Issue

This skill is underpowered compared to other healing skills such as Dwayna's Kiss. It needs to be buffed a bit.

Suggestion

Change to the following: 5 1 4 "Spell. Target ally is healed for 15...55...65 Health. If that ally is suffering from a Condition, they are healed for an additional 15...39...45 Health, and this skill recharges 75% faster."
