Issue
It's a healing skill in Blood Magic that hurts the caster, while not being more effective than Healing Breeze or Mending in terms of total regeneration (regen - degen done to self with this skill) vs energy. Especially at lower attribute ranks this skill sux... That's prolly why I haven't really seen this skill in play
Suggestion

I would suggest any of the following:

-Increase regeneration to the level of Healing Breeze while setting duration at 15s (to match healing breeze) and perhaps increase degen to 4 - this would make this skill more energy efficient and could make for an ok heal, while not being stronger than either breeze nor mending.
-Set duration at 15s at all times. Remove the degen and add a sacrifice cost of say 15% (with the "standard" 600hp that would be 90 health or 3 degen for the 15 seconds) - this will allow additional possibilities like Masochism for better e-management, Dark Aura for some additional damage and what more. While not making this skill weaker nor stronger directly it improves making combo's for this skill.
-Change attribute so this is in Soul Reaping, making it a viable skill for Necromancers that take that class for their Soul Reaping attribute for e-management, for instance as a N/Rt healer.

Interesting skill, but with the current stats not worth it. Simply needs a buff.
Suggestion
Considering the sacrificial stuff of this skill, it should be more efficient than Healing Breeze. I suggest decreasing degeneration to -2, increase regeneration to 2...6...7, decreasing recharge to 0.

Yep, interesting but no good.
Suggestion
Enchantment Spell. (6 seconds.) Target ally gains 5...17...20 Health every second. You lose 10 Health every second. Cannot self-target.

5 Energy1 Activation time8 Recharge time

Or something like this. It would stack with health regen/degen, making it stronger but also riskier for the caster.
