Worst Concept in This Game

Issue
Long existed Blood Spike problem. Steal "Up to xxx " ignore all damage reduction. Due to these spammablly bypassing all protection damage + large amount self-healing, Low-end skilled guilds play bloodspike wipe experienced guilds out easily. Everyone knows Anet balances ONLY GvG, but you still fail this.
Suggestion 1
Change all "Steal up to" into "Deal xx shadow damage, and you healed the half amount of the damage." Necromancers are not god, they should also obey the natural law : "Engergy expiring during transferation."
Suggestion 2
Do nothing, let those gimmicky builds own gvg and let this game die.--140.128.67.248 08:03, 18 February 2009 (UTC)

Just Function Change

Issue
You can say "learn to split" about this old gimmicky issue, how about "learn to balance?".
Suggestion 1
Just change the Life Lose to armor-ignoring damage(you can call it vampiric damage or whatever). Difficult?
Suggestion 2
How could you gaze people if you can't see them?
Make Angorodon's Gaze and Vampiric Gaze as Projectile. And also fix some op spammable 10 regen life stealing
