A. von Rin's Issue
- Issue
- It is not active and it has a too long cast time to develop a fast synergy with Reckless Haste (especially because it can be interrupted too easily, which then really destroys synergy between the two skills). On the other hand if you can put it on a foe, it will make physicals useless for a long while - which also doesn't seem balanced to me. Make it more active, which makes it more expensive as well.

- "Hex Spell. (15 seconds.) 25% chance to miss. Target foe takes 5...40...45 damage whenever it fails to hit." *15 Energy / *1 Activation / *15 Recharge.
Agree with above suggestion
- Issue
- Passive, boring skill. Shuts down melee for an excessive amount of time. Long recharge.
- Suggestion
- Increase miss change to 50%, decrease duration to 1...6...7 seconds, increase damage to 15...39...47, add adjacent AoE. Reduce energy to 10, reduce cast to 1 second, and reduce recharge to 12 seconds.
Impaled's Issue

- The passiveness just makes it boring to use, even though the effect is kinda cool.
- Suggestion
10 2 8 Hex Spell. (12 seconds.) 25% chance to miss. Target foe takes 1...37...46 damage whenever it fails to hit.
