Uhh srsly? I guess you only play necro's or sumthin cuz if you actually played as a melee chara you already would know that this is fucking powerful enough. For 30 seconds your essentially screwed if you miss, by which i mean miss at ALL by blind or w/e. making this harder to interrupt/more spammable is just dumb. I mean really what the hell. Its already maintainable as is, if it gets dshotted then good, the interrupter is doing their job. There is not enough good hex removal to support the buff of ANY hex at ALL. What i see from this, no one would want to play a war anymore. Also if it didnt synergize with reckless haste then why do i see so many necro's using it. thanks.--Shadowsin 20:44, 27 March 2008 (UTC)
- This has perfect synergy with Reckless Haste. Just cast RH on who you cast PoF and bingo they'll probably miss every attack, attack faster, and take ~50 dmg each attack. Moush 21:53, 27 March 2008 (UTC)
- It was about making this more active, which also makes it more expensive. I changed energy back to 15, reducing it wasn't really intented - sry -.- . But you forget that I halved the duration (big nerf), which I think should be way shorter and to balance this I reduced recharge (if you need to cast this more, it will hurt you much more in your energy management) and I also reduced the casting time (little buff, because of the other nerf, but you can still dshot this easily). That's what Izzy did with Reckless - if I remember this correctly - as it was OP. He just made it much more active which increases the skill you need to play with it. Now it is just a "cast and forget it" hex, that lasts too long if it's covered. And no, I normally don't play Necro in GvG (I play Ranger, Melee or Flagrunner)... - This has lolz epic synergy with Deadly Riposte XD. Dark Morphon(contribs) 08:12, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
- Blup? I know it has a very good effect with Reckless, but it also is too easy to interrupt it (that was my point on the "bad" synergy). And if you can put it on a foe, it will make physicals useless for a long while - which also doesn't seem balanced to me. A. von Rin 15:44, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
- reckless haste is good by itself. price of failure is not. this skill sucks just because you have to use it with some other (usually expensive) skill before you see any real results from it. imo, the stats are just not worth it just to slow down one target foe. personally, i wouldn't mind a 50% miss chance, 4-6 second duration, 10-12 recharge myself. - jayce 64.253.5.164 23:27, 2 April 2008 (UTC)
- Haha nice joke. This is borderline OP. Dark Morphon(contribs) 14:54, 9 April 2008 (UTC)
