30...78...90 is about as much as Heal party
is adrenaline, low recharge, refreshes echoes at no cost
It occurred to me that this is one of those skills that is extremely subpar when you are the only paragon, yet terribly strong when there is a multitude of paragons.
Suggestion
2 cast time (it is a heal) perhaps
8 recharge

OR change both chorus skills to "heard" like "For 10 seconds, the next Shout or Chant heard by allies in earshot heal for 30...78...90 Health." on top of added adrenaline cost to around 6-7 adrenaline

Suggestion
Change to (15e 1c 20r): "Chant. For 20 seconds, all allies within earshot gain health regeneration of 1..3..4. Chorus of Restoration ends for an ally, if that becomes affected by a new chant or shout"
Cannot be stacked, it costs a bit, and it ends if paragon spams any shouts or chants after it(or any other ally).
Ending mechanism is same as with Natural Stride, which isn't affected by hexes and enchants already in place, but only with new ones.

Suggestion
Make it so that the heals are AoE so that people other than paragons and warriors can benefit from it. However, it would then need to be tweaked so as not to be OP. How about:
Chorus of Restoration Chorus of Restoration. 4 Adrenaline 1 Activation time 8 Recharge time.
Chant. For 12 seconds, the next time each ally within earshot uses a Shout or Chant, that ally and all nearby allies are healed for 25...61...70 Health and you lose 1 Energy or Chorus of Restoration ends on all affected allies.
This way, though it is an adrenaline skill, the paragon still needs energy to keep it going. Since s/he would get about 5-7 from Leadership, however, it would still be enough to fuel heals from most of the party's shouts or chants, but it would stop it from being used for energy management as well as healing.
