Harmony's Issue -- 06:22, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
- Issue
- Generally low energy gain for the target unless there are many shout/chant users in the party.
- Suggestion
- Change it to something like, "Skill. Target ally gains 1...4 energy plus 1 energy for each shout or chant on that ally (Maximum 2...8 energy)." 10 energy, 8 second recharge, 1 second activation.
- or
- Give it an effect like Soldier's Fury and change it to something like "Echo. For 5...20 seconds, target ally gains +2 energy regeneration while under the effects of a shout or chant." 10 energy, 8 second recharge, 1 second activation.
Also, to fit the finale description and discourage use in parties of mostly shout and chant users, you could add something like, "If target ally is under the effect of more than 1...3 shouts or chants, that ally loses 3...1 shouts or chants." to those suggestions but it might not be necessary. All finales could follow similar suggestions to make them more usable by a paragon when he/she is the only one in a group.
Gordon Ecker's issue -- 06:57, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
- Issue
- Underpowerd without heavy chant / shout spamming, overpowered with it.
- Suggestion
- Change to "Echo. For 10...30...35 seconds, whenever a Shout or Chant ends on target non-Spirit ally, that ally gains 3 Energy. Energizing Finale ends after it has triggered X times.".
- Reduce cost to 5 and change to "Echo. For 10...30...35 seconds, whenever a Shout or Chant ends on target non-Spirit ally, that ally gains 2 Energy. Energizing Finale ends after it has triggered X times.".
- Increase recharge time and prevent self-targetting if spamming becomes a problem.
