Issue
A major problem with Paragons is their limits as a class, they need to be effective the more or have both offensive and defensive skills due to their energymanagement problem. This makes them a very restricted class that can use nowhere near as many builds as other classes. If my change is implemented it will give Paragons a lower gain from adrenaline based shout and chants, while also allow them to use more skills for energymanagement and thus making more of their skills useful.
Suggestion
Change leadership to:
"You gain 1 Energy for each ally within earshot whenever you use a Shout or a Chant (maximum 1 Energy for every 2 ranks, maximum 1 Energy for every 3 ranks if skill is adrenaline based)."
or
"You gain 1 Energy for each ally within earshot whenever you use a Shout or a Chant (maximum 1 Energy for every 2 ranks for Chants, maximum 1 Energy for every 3 ranks for Shouts)."

Ubiquitous' Issue

Change leadership to:

For every 4 ranks in leadership, reduce the cost of shouts, chants, and echos by one. You gain 1 Energy for every two allies affected by one of your Shouts or Chants (max 1 for every 4 ranks of leadership).

If you think the reduction is unfair, compare expertise, which has a much broader effect. The only problem with this is that there are only 4 breakpoints. i would somehow like to offset the second effect by -2, but i can't think of a concise way to describe that. I'd like to somehow make spear attacks cheaper, but -3 energy is a tad OP, so i removed that part for now. -- Ubiquitous 22:03, 9 December 2008 (UTC)

Suggestion;
Leadership. You gain 1 Energy for each party member and 1 additional Energy for each ally affected by one of your Shouts or Chants (maximum 1 Energy for every 2 ranks).
Reason;
In this fashion, Party-Members (including Paragon) provide double energy bonus, granting viable 4-man teams.
Optional;
Leadership. You gain 5 Health for each Boss or Hostile Player, and 5 additional health for each foe affected by one of your Shouts or Chants (maximum 5 Health for every 2 ranks).

Issue
Problematic due to adrenaline-based shouts and chants, also see above etc. No synergy with single-target shouts or 4-man teams either.
Suggestion
Leadership. Your chants and shouts cost 2 less Energy for each ally (or party member?) in earshot. Maximum 1 Energy for every 2 points in Leadership.
So now you don't GET energy for shouts but they do cost less, even if it only targets one guy, and each ally counts for twice the old energy. Still the same cap. If this would be too good make it give you the energy after using the skill instead of just reducing the cost.


Inferior Prime Attribute

Issue
Ele/P or any other caster/P can use those shouts such as "Fall Back!" well, even better than paras. Paragons use those Shouts or Chants worse than caster classes when shout cost more than 10 energies.
Suggestion
When ever you use a energy-based Shout or Chant gain 1.5 energy for each allies affected by the shout (Maxium Leadership/1.5). When ever you use a adernine-based Shout or Chant gain 0.5 energy for each allies affected by the shout (Maxium Leadership/2). And all your Shout or Chant +2% time for each rank of Leadership. --RedTeaCat 09:26, 25 May 2009 (UTC)
