Annoying and deadly's issue
- Issue
This skill got buffed, now nrg does not matter, casters now have 100 armour, and u have more hp than u would with averge 500hp+200 with r10, 700hp, and 80 armour for casters, now u have 800 and 100, sure its slower, but u still can do everything with it,
- suggestion
reduce armor to 80 and hp to 700 make it even with other blessings
79.72.7.173 (Mushin)'s Issue
Issue: Ursan blessing has created some class discrimination problem since its birth - among ursan player with different primary professions as well as among ursan- and non-ursan player. But the problem could have been solved in a subtle way without affecting the game style of the player:
Suggestion: Reverse the changes made on 60 seconds skill active time, 60 seconds recharge, add back the energy degen effect and set a limit of ursan user based on max party size.
1) With the recent update that resets attributes to zero and fix hp and armor - it will give all classes a fair chance to participate in elite areas as ursan;
2) And by limiting the number of ursan player in a team (3 to 4 for example) - it will give player that dont want to play ursan a fair chance to participate in farming too.
PS: This is basically the main conclusion of my other admittedly lengthy writing about "skill rebalancing" - to make my point short and clear, as well as to avoid ppl that are too busy criticizing others without actually adding any value to this site

Gah's issue
Issue:I agree that this skill needed a nerf, but how it was done... well, it's not usable anymore.
Suggestion:Reduce the timer, make it go up based on your norn rank, and make it reset whenever your party kills X number of foes. Also, remove weapon effects and revert the Ursan skill bar changes. One last thing: scale the damage down if below level 20.
This is somewhat like the suggestion above, but I believe that it would be more balanced, and Ursan wouldn't be as easily maintainable as before the nerf, but it still WOULD be maintainable. This also makes every class balanced when using Ursan, requiring no special equipment or attribute for it. This will also encourage players to level up before using Ursan.
This is only a rough rebalance suggestion; I understand there are many factors that affect this.
