No reason to run this over Apply Poison on primary Rangers. Is more viable for secondary Rangers atm.

Suggestion

Signet. Your next 1...3...4 attacks also inflict Poison for 5...10...12 seconds. Increase recharge to 8 seconds. With the shorter poison duration, higher recharge and the possibility of affecting several attacks it still would be balanced and you had to invest points into Wilderness Survival to make this one effective (good for Rangers and less effective on secondaries).

Has a good recharge time, but stopping for 1sec to cast it each time feels a little clumsy.

Suggestion

Give it a 1/4 cast. Possibly increase the poison duration very slightly.
