Pretty underpowered now. Many other skills can do what FT cam do w/o the high restrictions.
Suggestion
Pump the Damage

Sword Attack. 10a. Lose all adrenaline. If Final Thrust hits, you deal 1...40...45 more damage. This damage is doubled if your target was below 50% Health.

Lower Cost

Sword Attack. 8a. Lose all adrenaline. If Final Thrust hits, you deal 1...32...40 more damage. This damage is doubled if your target was below 50% Health.

Make easier to use

Sword Attack. 10a 1/2c. Lose all adrenaline. If Final Thrust hits, you deal 1...32...40 more damage. This damage is doubled if your target was below 50% Health.

Big Build up... strong skill if requirements are met, overwhealming restrictions... huge fail if blocked...
Suggestion
Two ways to go with this... open up the conditional restrictions or reduce the restrictions...
  • Option 1 change conditional additional damage, stay in theme with skill and swords skills (bleeding, deepwound): Sword Attack. 10a. Lose all adrenaline. Deals +1...32...40 damage. Deals +1...10...20 more damage for each condition on target foe.
  • Option 2 change restrictions, add recharge to make it hurt your bar if you miss but will not shutdown the rest of your bar: Sword Attack. 10a. 10recharge Deals +1...32...40 damage. Deals +1...32...40 more damage for each condition on target foe.
