Issue

wasn't an issue before so much, but it is used with Avatar of Lyssa as an IAS

more often used to increase attack speed than to do the extra damage to moving foes

Suggestion

increase to 1 activation like non-interrupt attack skills

Useless for warriors as it's energy based

Issue

Energy base attack makes it only useful for secondary warriors. Warriors have much better skills to waste energy on then a conditional power attack.

Suggestion

Remove energy cost, change it to cost 3 adrenaline. 50% failure chance with Strength 4 or less.
