Rather weak. I think it could be what Crude Swing is too bad to be itself.
Suggestion
If target foe is knocked down, you strike up to 3 adjacent foes.

Issue
Normal attack times on hammers (even with IAS) disallow this skill to be used after a knockdown or in a timely enough manner to be used with skills such as Crushing Blow.
Suggestions

6 Adrenaline1 Activation time0 Recharge time

Hammer Attack. Deals +5...17...20 damage. Deals 5...33...40 damage to adjacent foes.
By giving this an activation time it will speed up the time it takes to use, making it a better skill to use after you inflict Deep Wound after knocking the foe down.
